Our apartments feature keyless door entry. However, should you need a key to enter your apartment, you can contact the leasing office during business hours for assistance. Please note identification must be verified to assist with residential lockout. We do not provide after-hour lock-out services. Residents are responsible for contacting a lock-smith.

Surface parking is available on a first-come basis.

Amenities

Pool is open from Dawn to Dusk. Deck is open from 10am-10pm. Seasonal hours may apply and are subject to change at any time.

Yes, we love our furry residents and welcome them in our community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Non-traditional pets such as hamsters, gerbils, turtles, frogs, hermit crabs, domestic fish, and small domesticated birds are also permitted. All homes are furnished with energy efficient appliances including a Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, Garbage Disposal, Stove, Dishwasher. Our apartments also come furnished with brand new GE washer and dryers.

Approval status will regularly be determined within 24-72 hours.

Payments can be made 24/7 through the online resident portal or by certified funds, personal check or money order in the leasing office during business hours.

Yes, liability insurance is required to attain prior to move in. You may choose any third party provider with a minimum coverage of $100,000. For your convenience we also offer a Master Policy Enrollment Program.

The community is prewired for internet. Streaming services are available as well via DirecTV. Wifi services are through AT&T and is included in the Ardmore Advantage package.

A 60 day notice is required for lease termination. Contact the leasing office for details on applicable fees for early lease termination.

Tenants will be billed for water and sewer by YES Energy, this is paid directly to the community. Electric services must be transferred to tenants possession by contacting EPB.

Utilities such as water/sewer and electric are separate additional costs to your monthly rent.

The city noise ordinance is in effect for the community. Quiet hours start at 9pm to 9am.

All applicants 18 years are older are screened and qualified as a lease holder. The lease agreement is imposed on all lease holders.

To terminate the lease agreement, a buy-out fee equivalent to one month's rent is required upon submission of a 60-day notice. Any concessions granted during that lease term will be paid back at that time. Contact the office for full details.

Approval fees will include a $75 application fee per person and $200 administration fee. Security deposit are determined by applicant's credit score. A Welcome Letter will be provided upon move in listing the prorated costs for rent and any other applicable fees such as pets, garage rentals, etc.
